Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. But here not accepting. Production Managers will not stay because of abusing language is used by Head level person and not suppoting to them because of his behaviour no one will stay here and they was doing only 1 to 3 months working. 2 years span so many managers are resigned their job because of one person.
