Company is small so you get to interact with almost everyone. Work life balance is good since there are no odd hours of work culture and sitting back late to finish the work.

Dislikes

The company doesn’t have much of a career growth since people are stuck to their comfortable positions for long.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
