My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. The company is run by South Korean whose primary language is Korean ,so the employees have no idea what they're really saying.The managers and CEO can't even understand basic English .let alone communication effectively with the staff.

They only know how to say yes or OK ( ney ) when boss say something and there senior staff only want to save there job.There is a wast gap of communication between company management and employees.There basic idea is we don't listen no for anything.Company is run by only one ortwo person.
