Likes

I like to work as a site supervisor who has ability to manage my co-workers easily. Working environment was also good. I joined as a store keeper and now I am a supervisor so the career growth was also good. It is a great platform for me to enhance my knowledge in this industry.

Dislikes

The only thing is that financial growth is not satisfaction.

Work Details

Plumbing site supervisor - I use to arrange Labour in contract basis according to my project. Preparing weekly and monthly reports and over all work schedule. Running bills preparation and attending site meetings.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
