The school had good government like schemes in terms of salary and work life balance .

Dislikes

I had to come out because the people who govern the jawahar education society like the secretary , principal and few other members have no values . They don't respect a teacher or a staff at all . They even treat PhD candidates as trash . They don't value a person based on their qualifications or skill . They value everyone based onlook and their economic background based on how rich they are . Even if a teacher doesn't know how to speak English or teach well , they give promotions and they give higher classes based on how well their looks are and how well they dress up . Especially I have to make a note that if a teacher has a close relationship with the principal or if the teacher's husband is an executive in NLC , they'll only prevail . The others will be treated so badly no matter how well he or she performs. The principal especially destroyed the whole reputation of the school and bought down the results of the school worse than ever before. I've heard from many students that she was the worst principal to have ever worked in the history of jawahar school. She never mingles with the children unlike the former principals who were very much loved by the children . She puts a lot of workload on the teacher who are not friends with her and who are not having their spouse as NLC officers . I really saw a major huge difference in the results of the students after the current principal joined on 2011. The secretary on the other hand is the another reason people like these enter into a school which was once known to be one of the most prestigious in the district or even in the whole state....Read More
