It's a good platform for the freshers. You have to survive on your own. once you got survived you are ready fit to work in any corner of the world under any pressure or workload. it's a good training center.

I worked as a Site engineer. my career starts with JSR. its similar to Big Boss. you have to survive professionally to make the company profit. it's the challenging phase of my life. now I reached a better place with problem-solving strategies any level.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
