Other than Chairman's secretary all other employees are good. If Chairman's secretary doesn't intervene then the working environment is better but somehow this is not the culture there. Company is driven my Chairman's secretary. So no policy no rules.

Dislikes

Management is not good. It's not like a corporate company. Company us driven by the Chairman's secretary who is purely non technical and doesn't know anything related to work except buttering the chairman which results in making the working environment difficult to work in for other employees. Not a single employee other than Chairman's secretary is happy or satisfied there. All other technical project team, accounts department people and IT departments guys are somehow better. But this company is driven by the Chairman's secretary who makes her own rule whenever or wherever she wants . No company policy and no job security is there. You can't even utter a word about appraisals otherwise this Chairman's secretary could terminate you on the spot without prior notice or warning. Projects which this company is holding are good but again because of the management, none of the project is currently active or no permissions or approvals are there for any projects. So each of the projects are just held up and got stucked wherever they are. One can't see his or her future in this company....Read More

Work Details

My work was to do full coordination with the consultants , Architect , Contractors and Head office for all the technical and non technical both works related to the project. Certification of contractor's bill and liaosining.
