My work is related to product and spares part in Store and I doing my whole work on Busy software and Excel. Behaviour of employer and other employees is very good. All are helpful.

According to work salary is very low and career growth is very slow.

My work is on accounting software that's I like most. In the beginning I face lots of problems but I learnt everything on doing my work.I got a chance do multiple task and all has been done successfully.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
