Poor salary increment and very low bonus..the administration doesn't even address our issues.. very dirty politics are playing here. The sad thing is that u cannot obtain the bond paper within two years.because the management plays a crucial mind game with small type of employees like us..and the one more point i would like to sharewith you i.e., please put the priority on first of taking the academic certificates of yours from this company.it is better to learn the work leave this company within three months.. otherwise u may get into lot of troubles.. Good work environment and culture.Teammembers are supportive and the management is transparent. There is good canteen facilities and a safety precautions. Giving good salary with hike and bonus every particular year.
