U can learn wet,GC and HPLC analysis very easily here.... that's what only advantage in this company.. other wise not at all good..and also Good work environment..

Poor salary increment and very low bonus..the administration doesn't even address our issues.. very dirty politics are playing here. The sad thing is that u cannot obtain the bond paper within two years.because the management plays a crucial mind game with small type of employees like us..and the one more point i would like to sharewith you i.e., please put the priority on first of taking the academic certificates of yours from this company.it is better to learn the work leave this company within three months.. otherwise u may get into lot of troubles.. Please be careful..and also all the best.😑😑😑👍👍....Read More

Good work environment and culture.Teammembers are supportive and the management is transparent. There is good canteen facilities and a safety precautions. Giving good salary with hike and bonus every particular year.

There is no dislike to work at jaahnavee life science pvt. Ltd. Because my health condition I resigned my job.

I worked as a Tr.cemist in production department with rotational shifts and I have a great salary with hikes and bonus every year. There is a no special training to learn work while working we can get good growth in the team.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
