Likes

Company management has not paid salaries to its employees for 6+ months and they're choosy about projects based on their mood. No benefits given, no salary paid from September 2022 to January 2023. There's no proper HRMS or payroll process. Sole proprietorship in deciding salary payment decision. Overall it's one of the worst company i know in my career.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
