...s employees for 6+ months and they're choosy about projects based on their mood. No benefits given, no salary paid from September 2022 to January 2023. There's no proper HRMS or payroll process. Sole proprietorship in deciding salary payment decision. Overall it's one of the worst company i know in my career.

Work from home feature and no micro management

Salaries are delayed for months without any update or notice, keep prolonging updates regarding salary and appraisal, make you work without 2-3 months salaries

Salaries will not pay on time. Suddenly they remove employees without prior information. They don't do promotions,leads campaigns & they expect business.

No on-time salary paid to the employees. Months of Salaries are pending and when asked terminated it's most of their Employees. No proper Employee Benefits and company will terminate their staff suddenly.

Nothing is there which we can #Dislike. Everything is so cool and good. Main thing is that here everyone support new-hires and they didn't give any workload on it.
