Likes

The work atmosphere within the company is phenomenal. I have not experienced such a positive environment anywhere till now. The management is supportive and encourages employees from time to time.

Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike. But 6 days of working is not cool. However, an easy and comfortable work atmosphere helps us motivate during work hours. I hope one day the company will look into this matter.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
