Good place to upskill as fresher.

Dislikes

Low salary as per work delivery. No work culture. Not an established startup. No additional benefits to employees. No fundamental infrastructure for employees. Top management has over expectations. Management has lack of technical expertise. High dependency on each employee.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
