Behaviour of Chairperson and higher management. Harrassment. work culture pathetic, atmosphere is like living in a hell. My personal suggestion dont join there, first they welcome you after that treats like a slave.

No any job seurity in this organization. They always look their employees like a hire the employees personal life who join / work in this organization. Lots of bad politics happen by management and their higher employees, with their dedicated employees. Always, talk with abused languages with all employees by the management.
