The only think I like is the shift timing especially for female employees.

Dislikes

When it comes to appraisal only employees who is close with their TL or manager are likely to get good ratings however the hard working employees are always left with nothing and also when it comes to health they are not concern about the employees health however the work should be done.

Being a Hr associate worklife balance is pretty good. We don't have regular attendance here just updating the leaves are enough. I'm on 11 to 8 uk shift which comes quite handy for me. If you have reporting office at uk dublin you can expect a work friendly reporting manager

Poor work life balance. Package is not in line with market. No dining area to have food. No proper cafeteria/pantry
