1. Salary hike/promotion. 2. Politics (if you can able to handle the tactics of the management, you can survive) 3. Not enough training unless it is bulk hiring. (Freshers will feel stumped.) 4. The cafeteria is small. 5. The human resources department is not human resourcing; they are the company resources. Don't seek help from them; they are against the employees. Everything. If there is a minus star I would have given. No work life balance. They will suck your blood. Managers are biased. No parking facility, HR is useless. Targeting managers. No proper organisation, they will dump all work on leads heads. If you be a puppet to your immediate manager, then you can survive there. The only think I like is the shift timing especially for female employees.

When it comes to appraisal only employees who is close with their TL or manager are likely to get good ratings however the hard working employees are always left with nothing and also when it comes to health they are not concern about the employees health however the work should be done.
