School No flexibility Only client orientated They don't care how late you are working. They expect you to be on time next day. Very very poor management

Good learning curve. Great office space. Excellent peer group. Relatively less office politics.

Dislikes

Barely any of contribution from company side. Very limited wfh flexibility, 4 days wfo and only Wednesdays wfh. Very long hours. Overcommitment on timelines at times by leadership. Very limited appreciation. Fewer employee benefits. Opaque HR.

Not much it's just that it's a good place to start the learning curve is good and the pressure is Max which will make you tolerant to bad work life balance.

Dislikes

Too many to list down but here are some: 1. No recreational area all they have is a caroom board and a TT table with missing components. 2. Extremely bad Work life balance 3. Little to no appreciation
