Work life Balance. 4 days work from office, 1 day work from home. Weekends fixed off. Flexible timings. No hard and rush to reach on time. 9 hours in total with 30 minutes of lunch break. The AVP and VP are good & understand. Easy exit policies.

Dislikes

The Sales Team is not skilled at all. No help or support given by other team members of you get stuck while making a pitch or on calls.Vague answers would be given by the seniors. The HR who is based out of Virar-Vasai &also the one who hired me works on a contractual basis with the company & doesn't know anything about the process or any structure of the Sales or Sales-operation team. People come and go in the sales team, easy hire and fire policy. Reporting managers are selfish and quite casual when it comes to helping the team. There is a senior (50+years old) person in the sales team who cannot handle team management and pressure & may become rude at times. He is the reporting manager for the U.S calling team. Most of the people are from the BPO/ Telecalling background. Join this company only if you are comfortable working in rotational shifts. While joining they will give minimum clarity on the timings & can put you in any region depending on the need to the company. They don't stand by what is written in the mail and offer letter. Company is good with good members in the other teams, but the sales and operations department is haywire. None of the HR know about the sales process and what kind of sales person to hire....Read More

Work can get pretty taxing. Learning curve is fairly steep. Success requires more than just effort. One needs to work smart, be blessed with a pinch of luck and be creative to be truly successful.
