Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. Everything. If there is a minus star I would have given. No work life balance. They will suck your blood. Managers are biased. No parking facility, HR is useless. Targeting managers. No proper organisation, they will dump all work on leads heads. If you be a puppet to your immediate manager, then you can survive there. The only think I like is the shift timing especially for female employees.

When it comes to appraisal only employees who is close with their TL or manager are likely to get good ratings however the hard working employees are always left with nothing and also when it comes to health they are not concern about the employees health however the work should be done.
