The company provides an ideal environment to learn and gain practical knowledge. The firm recruits freshers which is good

There is no salary increment and career growth opportunity as it is a very small scale company

Work Details

Life was good work hours were Flexible pretty much same work every time just the geographical terrain of area was a bit problematic sometimes and once in a while some unique issues were there but we had fun taking on challenges like these

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
