Worst company I have ever seen, neither any work culture nor job security and lots of politics.

Dislikes

No work culture and lots of politics. No appraisal, no learning or training. No career growth.

I have spoiled my 20 months in this company. Don't talk about amenities, either they don't have car parking :)
