Work from home is the only thing I like about this organization.

Dislikes

No job security, no work ethics, management is ignorant leading to multiple project dissolution and HR management seems to have no idea on how to use their resources. Work culture among associates and management is simple, just give targets, they won't care if you cheat and get clients escalation,

It's been a horrible year, One year and six different processes, no chance of performing and showcasing myself.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
