The only thing to work here is the process is very much easy and the process is very dead easy to work you won't feel any pressure for it nor any others targets in a day but when it comes to you balancing time over their it is the worst and coz of this I got health issues which I am suffering now present

The challenges of working here is you need to follow there rules of breaks and their silly rules UA they torture you if don't come to the office when your not sick to come. The management must change alot, people need to get their breaks on time because when 2e giving the whole 8 hours the one hour must be of our choice when to takeand when not to take . They give you the breaks when they want to and when they clients wants to give. The breaks are exceeded then you are punished they make you go near hr managers you get warning from them 3 levels for this they flag you, document you all shit nonsense I have NEVER seen such company where it is like this. guess I beg you who ever is reading it don't do the mistake like me coming and joining in this company. I will tell you why Becoz please do not join this company because in the starting I have seen the reviews of this company bring bad but still my fell for the salary which they are providing me from the last CTC I came and feel and now I am getting tortured with there shifts and the break timings to have our food. shifts is okay to manage when they give us the correct choice of ours to take the breaks if not no people can stay don't join guys it the worst company I say please don't join please I beg you if reading it leave it till here don't try to. one also as I took the trouble I don't want you to take this is the day I really want to leave but couldn't coz of my financial problems soon I am gng to leave...Read More
