I'm so sorry, I don't like this company anymore, I gave my 100% even though they seperated me based on weekly scores. Without any intimation or notice period.

Talking about dislikes, there are many. So we start with interview process and we will attend assessment tests and after interview soft skills training, I've worked from home so they have provided system to my location, coming to soft skills training we need to complete many assessments and clear the final assessment that is fine and after soft skills process training, again we need to complete many models and should clear final assessment with 85% that is also fine and finally we will have final training round nesting training, in this we will take chats, so to clear this round we need to gain 5 star ⭐ ratings from customer's, based on customer reviews we will get %, so as per the process even though if you cleared all the rounds, assessments, modules, the tools and access which we have cannot satisfy customer's, so we have less chances to satisfy customer's, we may take good chats, even though expecting ratings from customer's is ridiculous and based on the review % company will blame us and will seperate us with company, finally you will get worst experience but nothing than that. Little stressful, taking dual chats, handling fraud customer's and maintaining AHT will be difficult. Company needs to change the process.
