The CEO is good with Mic (Microphone). One can learn Art Of Boasting from him.

Dislikes

Absolutely the worst company to work for - it's a complete disaster from top to bottom. The CEO is a walking example of incompetence, with absolutely no clue about what he wants or how to run the business. The Directors? Equally Lost, stumbling around aimlessly without a shred of vision or leadership. The workplace is a circus of chaos - constantly yelling, noise, and zero professionalism. Forget about processes; they don't exist. It's a free-for-all where the CEO shout louder instead of actually solving problems. The CEO's idea of a review is barking at everyone like a lunatic, with no constructive feedback on purpose. He's the most absurdly idiotic individual you could ever work under. The cherry on the top? He throws the F-word around recklessly as if swearing is the magical key to establishing authority. It's not leadership - it's pure toxic buffoonery. Avoid this hellhole at all costs!...Read More

they came to our campus at IIT delhi for hiring BUT....

1. Srestha banerjee is absolute chaotic, mean, toxic director. She never trust her team and always publicly insult them in meetings, calls, messages, workshop etc. If such people remain in organisation, then trust me no talent will stay . anyway stats shows 12 13 people left in just 1 year from JT TEAM.
