Forget about processes; they don't exist. It's a free-for-all where the CEO shout louder instead of actually solving problems. The CEO's idea of a review is barking at everyone like a lunatic, with no constructive feedback on purpose. He's the most absurdly idiotic individual you could ever work under. The cherry on the top? He throws the F-word around recklessly as if swearing is the magical key to establishing authority. It's not leadership - it's pure toxic buffoonery. Avoid this hellhole at all costs!
