The work-life balance is always maintained. The Company culture is amazing. The Seniors always guides us and helps us when ever we seek for help.

Dislikes

They should assign our projects on the technology we had our training in and not in any other tech where we have to learn it for weeks. This will help us associate or freshers to stick with one particular tech for the time we server to the company.

LTTS CEO talks about retaining Intelliswift employees in press release, but one whole team is laid off. Would never recommend anyone as a company that can lay off once, can lay off twice. Thinking only about its benefit.
