Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. The company doesn’t offer job security at all and they force candidates to come for a Face to face round even they are from different state. However if you do well in the interview also your probation period is for 6months and they have a history of firing people on the same day.

As they are struggling with projects and with client the probability of enhancing your skills is too low.
