My hard work always seems to go to waste. whenever i try to establish a proper data pipeline or structure workflow, the next day, changes in requirements or arbitrary decisions dismantle the entire process, This makes it difficult to plan effectively and disrupts my spontaneous problem-solving approach. When learning new technologies or exploring advanced machine learning techniques, having the proper space to think, experiment, and make informed decisions is crucial without this, progress becomes frustratingly slow. Here, there is no structed workflow, proper planning, or consistent follow-ups. it feels like trying to optimize a model without even understanding the problem statement inefficient and counterproductive. Sometimes, i worry about my future career because the work feels repetitive, like training the same outdated model on redundant data without any meaningful improvement.
