Likes

It was a very nice experience working with Insurgics. People at office are really nice and co-operative. There is a very positive energy flowing. Bosses are really enthusiastic and supportive. I loved to work with them.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
