There is Nothing Good in That company, if we give our 100% also those people will never appreciate they only need a human as robot specially there management level people are worst cause they never treated there employees well and never understand there situation they need only sales whether you are in good or bad position or a situation.

Partiality. Company is run by a hopeless people which they called there self as a management. They want there people to get in a higher position wheather they work or not but because of buttering they are leaving there as a king and queen. And politics is there in a higher version or level those people love to live like that.
