Innova has offered a vital role in this pandemic situation. I was hunting for the Job last six months. Innova has offered the best package and suitable role, No internal politics. Team collaboration is good,Having good work life balance,friendly approach.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
