The managers are very poor in managing the team, never have i ever seen someone at even director level to be so self centred and selfish and only thinking about their promoting by taking work out of their employees. No appraisal or even appreciation of work. there is no name of bonus at all. The team lead and managers were from samestate so they took benefit from others by only giving work to others and not doing anything themselves. Very poor work environment....Read More

1. No job security they just terminate one client relived 2.Worse work culture they never respond 3.worse policies they not provide support after immediately termination or they will tell you job status after after month you last working day was Feb if you are termination in the month of March.

People at ACS have no ethics, I had a horrible experience.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
