Good compensation on joining, you always are busy and have some work on table, but nothing stressful.

Dislikes

Increments can be better, no direct discussions based on increments monetory number, only performance review discussion happens. Skills improve gradually, but depends on project really.

1. No company culture 2. Management will never listen to you 3. It's 3rd party payroll job 4. Once project is finished then God may have mercy on your job. 5. Zero job security. 6. Appraisal hike is like nothing, you can hardly see 0k-5k addition in monthly salary. 7. This should be your last option to join, and read all documents carefully before joining. 8. If you are joining then ask for 50%-100% hike because you will not get any appraisal later on....Read More
