All the projects innova solution have are of very small. No project is having more than 10 member team. Only huge project in the organisation is Centene, and they make the project members work for all 7 days

They will not help us to know the Client details and they arrange the Interview also they tell that you have not cleared the interview. They will tell suddenly that they don't have any Project with them also they will not provide any Service / Relieving Letter.

The managers are very poor in managing the team, never have i ever seen someone at even director level to be so self centred and selfish and only thinking about their promoting by taking work out of their employees. No appraisal or even appreciation of work. there is no name of bonus at all. Pathetic/Toxic environment. micro management, they have promoted those people who doesn't have any knowledge about leadership and they are firing employees so their job could be safe. I will never recommend anybody to work in this company.

Nothing. No benefits, no job security and no work life balance. Please do not join this company.

Toxic environment. Manager threatens you if you wont work on weekends. No HR control. Stress, stress and stress. You never know wen they will initiate the PIP for you. Be aware before join this company. You have to work atleast 12-14 hrs daily and also on weekends. Worst culture. No benefit no good salary. No client based project.

There is No variables pay. Work life balance based on the client. Every month last you will get salary.

No matter how you perform you will get poor rating, for name sake they have first rating but no is eligible to get it. Hike % also Below market standards. No proper allowance for on call support. Benifits wise no parental insurance coverage, LTA is just 25k per year allowed regardless of your title upto L5 band. Last but not least when you leave this organisation they will ask you to return all the assets including the laptop bag, so please think twice before you join. No bonus for diwali or any festival not even a sweet box just you will get happy diwali, christmas message in email. You will get nothing like other companies.
