I did not enjoy they have no control on clients

I got a termination letter when I was on leave . They send me showcase notice twice when I was on leave. They asked for approval mail of client for your leave. I discussed with client regarding my planned leave and they approved it verbally. I thought it is ok to take leaves for my kids birthday . Mean time they sent me show cause notice for my leave and I did not see it as promised I reached to Hyderabad , and when I saw my personal email I was terminated . Pathetic/Toxic environment. micro management, they have promoted those people who doesn't have any knowledge about leadership and they are firing employees so their job could be safe. I will never recommend anybody to work in this company.

All the projects innova solution have are of very small. No project is having more than 10 member team. Only huge project in the organisation is Centene, and they make the project members work for all 7 days

They can lay off whenever needed. Job security is not there. Politics is there but thats in every org. Single person handling multiple task without proper increment. I dont recommend people joining there but if you do i would say, stay for shorter time There working system is also out dated. Software used is outdated and manual task is at its peak. The managers are very poor in managing the team, never have i ever seen someone at even director level to be so self centred and selfish and only thinking about their promoting by taking work out of their employees. No appraisal or even appreciation of work. there is no name of bonus at all.
