I worked their as a business manager but to be honest the founder had no idea about what is the meaning of my job profile, he doesn't know how to run a company, he at first seemed ti me a good human being who is going through a lot if issues and I fell in his trap, but gradually I understood he does this with everyone. He becomes a victim and every other person in his eyes is criminal, as soon as he / she is not useful for him. Forget about the increment he doesn't even pay you full salary in one go.
