I think job security and work culture are the only things I like about Infosys. Less politics & more work life balance

Dislikes

There are very less growth opportunities, but that being said, it's purely dependent on the project you're allocated to. If it's a support project without much going on in it, your career path will get stagnant. There are less opportunities for freshers and junior level employees. Senior employees as well as laterals are well compensated.

Work Details

Work life balance is good as there's not much work in my project.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been working in the same company for more than 3 years with no hike. Got hike this year in single digit which is again frustrating. Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA. Planning to move towards python automation but need to work from home due to family conditions. Please suggest are there any companies offering wfh with good salary hike and how can I increase my chance to get hike more than 80% if I m planning to switch within this year?
