Can I leave the company after 15 days of joining, should I pay any amount to leave the company Immideatly? or should I serve my notice period What if my pf account is created, I have plan to abscond aswell if they dont allow me to relieve immideatly. Very sad part NO allowances for saturday shift and regional, national holidays. Must increase salary hike and allowances as per country's financial condition after implementing GST, demonization... All managers and supervisor will have partiality attitude, INFOSYS not an exception.
