Can I leave the company after 15 days of joining, should I pay any amount to leave the company Immideatly? or should I serve my notice period What if my pf account is created, I have plan to abscond aswell if they dont allow me to relieve immideatly. Politics, very bad culture, immature leadership, highly finance controlled environment that many times makes life horrible specially if you are travelling. Company treats you like a vendor for reimbursement of claims Many times expense claims don't get paid if these claims deviate slightly from policies.
