Junior level employees are made to do work two levels above their actual job description. After they take a transfer, the job role becomes lower than before leading to dissatisfaction. Salary wise - The lowest salary plans in the country. Opportunity overseas - You go there but you go there with minimum daily allowance and live like a homeless.
