Likes

1) Working environment is relaxing, learning and almost good. 2) The working style of company is totally amazing, the team member and each employee has it's own recognition. 3) Best way to learn and gain experience if anyone wants to do a job in startup.

Dislikes

1) Employee has to come to office location (Karimnagar) if they want to work here. 2) The technology stack is limited stick to the product.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
