Work culture and company policies were pathetic. Management doesn't address any issues. They were not ready to pay even the money promised even they have funds.

There was no variation in the job and from the creative perspective there was no growth.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Employees were given no communication about salary being withheld. Have been asked to work for 1/4th of the original salary & even that is not being paid. Basic respect is not given to the employees

Dislikes

No structure at all... Zero official communication, salary has been withheld repeatedly despite of monthly promises from the CEO that the dues will be cleared. Leave structure is also very bad, while joining you will be told tall tales, no facilities provided in office. HRs are refusing to take accountability. I worked with a very good team but the above points have left a very bad aftertaste

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
