The Company has a history as it serves the industry for last 47 years and major part of its customer base is loyal and supportive to them. The management has been seeking for new ventures even in allied industries to grow vertically and to support its work force to grow further. Despite my past experiences I learned a lot technically and in policy making as well.
Dislikes
High level labour turn over low job sustainability are the hurdles of development as to train and adapt the new comers. Following old type of management techniques lead and slow decision making lead little intercasies in day to day growth.
Work Details
The job needs micro level follow up as it caters 300 customers with 37 products. Forecasting and customer interaction really helped to avoid confusion and obviously my experience helped me to handle it optimally. A simple and satisfied job
