They don't have any respect towards their employees... They can kick anyone out at any moment... There is no holidays for whole year except Sundays... Understandable... But they don't even gives u leave while even someone need emergency leave... Managers don't know how to manage any issues... And they tell you to go and talk about any issues to the boss directly...
