Likes

People are good with communications but not when it comes to targeted work on daily basis specially for post production.

Dislikes

Daily basis Target work is exhausting! it ruins the quality of project output.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
