Indegene provides opportunity to freshers where most of the companies hunt for experience. It especially gets difficult when you are transiting from academic into corporate

Dislikes

The company culture is disdainful. Your interaction with seniors will judge your growth in the company. You would have given your best but that doesn't matter at all till you please your seniors ego... From manager to HR, noone listens to you.. Very negative environment

Dislikes

Need to appreciate and value employees.Managers do not value an individuals out of box thinking. The higher management is unaware of departmental politics and unhealthy culture as the company has grown over time.
