People are good but only if you are luck enough to get a good manager who fights for you which is not in my case

Dislikes

Toxic Work culture and too much politics manager steals the credit and don't defend it's team take revenges in every way possible provided no input at all always keep saying I am doing so much for you really shit mentality always favour there chamchas and whenever needed some work talk nicely otherwise shit like attitude and when ever some thing happens wrong take the backfoot and blame the Team.
