Started my career as a scientific writer at Indigene.I learnt a lot and enjoyed working there. Was lucky to be part of a great team which respected its resources.

Decided to leave the company when I was shifted to a new department wherethe work pressure was extremely high; was asked to work more than 9 hours and the manager discouraged his team from taking breaks during office hours. Team relations were not as good as earlier
